Our hard cover casebound books are laminated for longevity and protection during handling on your big day and for years to come, and have a matte finish. They can be wiped clean with a soft cloth to keep it looking new.

Our multiple size and page choices make this a book you can mix and match options for depending on how you'd like to use it. These make great guest books, sign in books, wedding journals, or photo books. You can use any page type for any use - the choice is yours! For writing, black pages will require the use of a gel or paint pen, and we recommend archival, low profile adhesive with photos. ❤ A note about using a casebound book with photos: Depending on photo size, for better results the smaller books (5x7, 6x9, 9x6) typically accommodate about 20 photos, the 10x8/8x10 typically accommodates 20-30, and the 12x12 accommodates 35-40. We have gauged this with standard 4x6" photos and the recommended low-profile adhesive in a 50 sheet book. The 12x12 could possibly accommodate more photos that are smaller than 4x6", such as mini instant photos, since the pages themselves are larger, though we cannot guarantee it. These are not hard and fast rules since there are so many sizes/types of photos available today, but a general guideline to assist in choosing book size. We cannot guarantee any specific photo amount per book. The cover may not close as flat with photos added as it does without, which is the case with any casebound book with a fixed spine. Again these are guidelines only, and your results with photos may vary depending on the size and thickness of your photos and how you adhere them. The 50 sheet options accommodate photos better than 100 sheet options due to the spine size. In all cases, we recommend not using as many photos as the sheet count to prevent overstuffing, and low profile adhesive (not photo corners) as the casebound book does not expand with added content.

❥ TURNAROUND TIMES: Once your proof is approved, your order begins its production process which individually prints and binds your guest book to order, one at a time. So that your order can be printed and finished professionally, please allow 6-7 business days after your proof is approved for completion by our talented production team. Thereafter, your order will ship and transit time is determined by the shipping carrier and speed you select at checkout. Please note that business days do not include weekends, so keep these timelines in mind when ordering for your wedding day. Total time from approval to the book in your hands may extend to about two weeks. Expedited shipping is available at checkout with 2-Day and overnight options, but this does not affect the 6-7 business day production time and only affects the speed your order travels AFTER it is made to order. Please let us know your absolute need-by date in the "notes to seller" along with your customization so that we can best serve you. We can help with recommendations for shipping speed.
❥ RUSH OPTIONS: Rush options are limited to specific size and page types, and we may not be able to accommodate every rush request. Rush orders incur additional charges for production and shipping. Please contact us *prior* to ordering to be sure we can accommodate your rush request and we will discuss options with you.
❥ PROOFS: Proofs of all personalized items, including guest books and journals, are delivered to your Etsy inbox via the Conversations feature, usually within 1-2 business days of your order. We require your proof to be approved on time to keep your order moving toward production and shipment, so please be sure to stay on top of your Etsy convos. If you have Etsy notifications to your email turned off, please remember to check back in via your browser or app to check for your proof delivery. We'll attempt to reach you twice by Convo and once by email to obtain approval before going to production as is after 7 days. If proof approval is delayed, it will mean your shipment date will be delayed or rescheduled, so please plan to be in contact with us after purchase for the proofing phase.
❥ INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Standard Shipping is via economy service with an average travel time of about 2-4 weeks after production (most major destinations such as the UK, Australia, etc. are about 2 weeks, and smaller areas and countries are typically on the longer end). This transit time is an estimate; it is NOT guaranteed and NOT insured. It is inexpensive because it does not offer features such as insurance and full tracking. Therefore, this shipping service is not always 100% trackable, especially once it departs the US. Some smaller countries have no tracking of these economy shipments at all once it reaches their side. Please take this into account when ordering, and decide if the cost savings is worth it to you to give up those features if you select that method. In all cases, if your event is less than 6 weeks away we would recommend upgrading your shipping service to Priority or Expedited, and not to use standard economy. Expedited International shipping with full tracking and insurance is available as an upgrade at checkout in the "shipping options" menu, and travel time is estimated at 6-10 days to most international destinations. If you require accurate tracking and expediting of your shipment, you must upgrade your shipping choice to Priority or Expedited. We will not be able to assist you if you choose standard economy and then cannot track your order outside of the US, or if it gets delayed. In all international shipments, any VAT or Duty Tax is your responsibility (see FAQ for more details).

Absolutely! With all personalized items we provide a digital proof for approval with the design as shown. This is delivered to your email on file, within 1-2 business days. We require your proof to be approved on time to keep your order moving toward production and shipment. Please use a valid email address that you check regularly for ordering and be prepared to approve your proof. We'll send daily reminders for 7 business days before sending to print as is, as we cannot hold orders indefinitely.
One initial proof and 2 rounds of minor revisions are included in your purchase price. Additional proofs may incur additional charges.

Yes. The listed price reflects the design shown. For customizations to designs shown that are more than just changing names, dates, etc., please email us ahead of time to be sure we can accommodate your request, especially if your request includes adding more text than what is shown on the sample, like adding/removing/changing graphics. We'll advise you at that time if we can accommodate your request and if extra design fees will apply.
FONT CHANGES - GUEST BOOKS & STAMPS: These are sold with the fonts shown. Font changes to things like guest books, stamps etc. require additional typesetting and design time above and beyond standard personalization. A font change add-on fee ($5) is required to process a font change on these orders.
Yes! We love our international customers and ship worldwide. Please be sure to check both the processing and transit times on your chosen item to be fully aware of how long your item may take to ship if it's non-personalized, to make first once approved and then ship if it's personalized, and then also how long your chosen transit time will take. Especially if you are ordering for your wedding, you'll want to make sure your item will arrive on time. We offer a few different types of international shipping; full information is in our shop policies under our shipping policy for all options. Note that international customers are responsible for any customs/duty tax or related fees for importing items.
All of our listings include details on the processing times (the amount of time it takes to make your item once it's approved) for those items. You'll also get an estimate of the ship date displayed when checking out through the Etsy system, and this assigned date will also be on your order receipt. Orders that need to be approved before making will move fastest if you are able to approve your proof on time; client response time does factor in to how long it takes to receive your item. If proof approval is delayed, we may not be able to ship by the date assigned. We do offer expedited shipping options on the checkout screen. These expedited transit times take effect *after* your item has been made to order and shipped.
The window for cancellation is one hour post purchase. Once your proof is made and delivered to you, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation as work has then begun on your custom order. And again, once your proof is approved and put in to production we are not able to cancel it.
Personalized and/or custom, and made to order items are not eligible for return or refund. We are not able to take returns due to misspellings or grammatical errors in your approved proof. Your sign-off on your final proof approval indicates that you have reviewed and are accepting the wording and layout shown to be used for the final print.
In the rare event that a personalized or custom order arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge.
Yes, if yours is a rush order we always appreciate a heads up first to be sure we can accommodate your request. We will advise you of our typical turnaround times on the item you wish to purchase and what type of shipping will be necessary for it to reach you by your desired date.
Yes, occasionally we can take on custom design for personalized items. Please contact us ahead of time to be sure we can accommodate your request and discuss your options so we can set up a custom order just for you. During the height of wedding season, we may be overbooked or unable to take custom orders due to time constraints. We are not able to accept custom orders for foil-printed notecards (wedding party cards).

No. As a US-based business, we are not legally allowed or registered to collect and remit VAT, GST, or other import taxes for other countries. Etsy currently has some wording relating to this underneath the listing price that may display based on your location if you're an international customer.
